Today’s athletes are extremely fit and therefore it is necessary to be in peak shape in order to compete successfully. JLTA understands the difference between college and professional status. JLTA Pro Series adapts each workout and individualizes each Pro workout to fit the athlete’s needs. After years of training pro athletes between seasons, Coach Long knows how to help the athlete recover from a long season, and quickly gain the strength and sport speed needed to compete at the highest level. The program will meet the needs of each athlete who is at the Pro level and knows that training is essential part of there day to day success. Different demands on the body play a vital role on how we train the Pro athletes during the off season. Our training cycles address those needs and quickly adapts to the training.
We understand that athletes must practice their sport and participate in extensive physical conditioning and training in order to stay competitive. During the training cycles, we will develop physical and mental training conditions and have the athlete maintain a high level of concentration and discipline while training and competing. JLTA’s training cycles help you to avoid any unnecessary stress or the possibility of injury.
