JLTA introduces the Volleyball CPS to players looking to excel and extend their volleyball careers through college. After 14 years of training college athletes, we have consulted with volleyball experts from top collegiate conferences like The Big Ten and the PAC Ten and JLA knows what it takes to have athletes prepared for top level competition. The program will meet the needs of that athlete who is looking to compete at the collegiate level and knows that training is an essential part of their day to day success. Different demands on the body play a vital role on how we train your body during the off season. Because of the stress levels absorbed during the season we bring the latest in recovery and prevention workouts. Our state of the art facility allows us to train with new breakthrough computers to watch your power and force output so we know and understand how to train your body. Healing and recovery will be a regular part of your routine, while optimizing your sports performance and reducing the risk of injury. This package also includes world class speed and agility training.
The Volleyball CPS includes Video Analysis, Sports Nutrition, Regeneration and Recovery, Competitive Competitions, and Mental Toughness Training, along with our constant feedback which will simply help the athlete understand his or her weaknesses, then provide a bonus series to help them overcome it so the competition doesn’t get the edge.

How are the workouts different from the past year? We have added SSID's to our program. Sport Specific Individual Drills.
What if I don't play volleyball? You may workout with any group to learn skill sets or join our fitness group called Youth IMPACT!
I play a volleyball but I have not yet started specific training for that sport, how can I learn what to do? Join our "Elements of Training" class where we teach each athlete from the ground up exactly what to do in a slow paced easy learning environment.
Will the young athletes train in the same group as the High School players? No way, our S&C Coaches will split each group so that they are age appropriate in their workouts.
Can I get extra 1-1 training from a coach that we really like? Yes, all of our coaches are available for private sessions.
